About Nick Hampton

Nick is a marketing and business development specialist with ten years of experience in professional services industries. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University, Nick approaches his work with an eye towards consumer psychology, ensuring our marketing efforts are assessed through the eyes of our audience. After serving as the Digital Marketing Manager at Villa Real Estate, Nick found The File Group to be a natural fit, allowing him to build on his areas of expertise while continuing to work with hardworking agents, wonderful clients, and incredible properties. 

Nick enjoys developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase business development opportunities and provide pathways for The File Group to connect with more individuals in the community. His diverse professional background encompasses social media and digital marketing, business development coaching, search engine optimization (SEO), website design & development, email campaigns, photography and videography, ad design, copywriting, and event planning. 

As a resident of Laguna Beach, Nick brings additional first-hand familiarity and appreciation for the Orange County coast to The File Group, allowing us to maintain a team roster full of local residents with professionalism and up-to-date subject matter expertise.
